• When the location lookup finds nothing, it tries again with the city alone and keeps only places in country_indeed.
• "Vienna, Austria", "Berlin, Germany", "Madrid, Spain" and "Milan, Italy" now return jobs.
• A city that isn't in that country is still not found. "Atlantis, Austria" doesn't fall back to Atlantis, South Africa.

Checked with ruff, mypy and live searches for Austria, Germany, Spain, Italy, UK and USA.
