Our CI currently stops at 3.13, so we aren’t checking compatibility with newer releases. This PR adds 3.14 and 3.15 to the test matrix. It also moves the Linux/Windows long-running tests and the setup-python steps in benchmark and pystats workflows to 3.15 so we exercise the infrastructure on a more recent version.
I also updated lint and generated utility workflows to use 3.x so they can follow newer releases without manual version bumps.
I’ve explicitly set Pyright’s target to 3.11 so it continues checking compatibility with our oldest supported version.
