Hiddify Core docs:

docs/core/sing-box is copied from docs/hiddify of hiddify-sing-box; edit the pages there, then run make core-docs SINGBOX=<path of hiddify-sing-box>. docs/core/index*.md and docs/core/cli*.md are edited here.
