Share language metadata with tooling and the main process without importing renderer initialization.
Route native UI text through its own i18next instance without importing renderer code or changing the English output.
Translate generated and cached UI text at display time while preserving notification identities and English wording.
Resolve and persist language preferences in the main process so native UI and the renderer use the same language from startup.
Match explicit script tags before region hints so Traditional Chinese system preferences do not select Simplified Chinese. Ref gitify-app#1952
