The Copilot app now accepts a marketplace parameter on its plugin install link (github/github-app#21819), so the README can offer one link instead of two.

Replaces the separate add-marketplace and install links with a single ghapp://plugins/install?source=lever%40lever&marketplace=github%2Flever link: one confirmation, then the pre-filled install form. Manual steps are kept as a fallback.

Needs an app build that includes the change; older builds ignore marketplace and would only pre-fill the install form.
