fix(create): preserve native build approvals across pnpm versions - #485
Continue Dario Piotrowicz's native build approval contribution across pnpm versions. The Cloudflare template approvals already landed in #490. This finishes the shared generation path so add-ons carry their native approvals into pnpm-workspace.yaml, existing workspace settings survive tanstack add, and standalone apps remain usable with pnpm 9.
New standalone workspaces include packages: [.] and the supported pnpm 9 project setting ignore-workspace-root-check=true, so ordinary pnpm add continues to work. Existing workspace membership, comments, explicit root-check settings and build denials stay intact. Custom version or pattern policies require an explicit update when a new integration needs additional approvals.
AI review notes:
Actual CLI output for React and Solid was verified without deployment-provider calls. A loopback registry with harmless lifecycle markers verified installation and ordinary dependency additions on pnpm 9.15.5, 10.25.0, 10.26.0 and 11.22.0 for both frameworks. Package.json-only negative controls fail on pnpm 11 as expected. A current-main control passes pnpm 11 but fails pnpm 9 because its workspace lacks a packages field. Preserved legacy workspace approval settings also passed all four versions.
Validation: 65 focused unit tests and six additional generated-app browser cases passed. Normal pre-commit build, lint, 471 unit tests and eight blocking e2e cases passed. Hosted checks still need to complete for this head.
Adds yaml as a direct runtime dependency to preserve comments and settings safely. The installed parser contains about 683 KB of file payload and loads only when merging pnpm configuration. The packed engine grows by 6,830 bytes of file payload, includes the helper and retains the identical license. No startup, memory or speed improvement is claimed. Native-script controls do not validate a provider deployment.
… deployment add-on
When using pnpm v11, creating a Cloudflare-deployed project fails because
`wrangler` transitively depends on `sharp` and `workerd`, which have build
scripts that are not listed in `pnpm.onlyBuiltDependencies`.
Add these entries to both the React and Solid Cloudflare host `package.json.ejs`
templates so they are merged with the base approvals at project creation time.

Walkthrough
The create package now merges pnpm build approvals into workspace configuration during app creation and add-on installation. It also adds standalone .npmrc handling and tests for workspace merging, existing configuration, and pnpm-specific behavior.
The package adds the yaml dependency and helpers to extract build dependencies and merge approvals into workspace YAML. Tests cover retained configuration, explicit denials, unsupported policies, and invalid YAML.
App creation and standalone npmrc handling packages/create/src/create-app.ts, packages/create/src/edge-create-app.ts, packages/create/src/pnpm-workspace.ts, packages/create/tests/pnpm-workspace.test.ts
Both app creation paths track existing workspace files and call the pnpm workspace writer. The writer handles build dependencies and may add standalone root-check configuration. Tests cover standalone and existing-project cases.
Add-on installation merges build dependencies from current and generated package data into workspace configuration, may update .npmrc, and awaits package JSON writes. The changeset describes the release.

* fix(create): replace retired Claude 3 Opus model in solid tanchat template
The Solid tanchat example hard-coded claude-3-opus-20240229, which Anthropic
has retired, so generated projects failed on the first chat request. Use
claude-haiku-4-5 like the React templates, and add a test that rejects retired
Claude 3 model IDs anywhere in the framework templates.
