Summary

  • R2: Add partial-publish and bad-beta withdrawal steps for GitHub, PPA, COPR and Flatpak. Preserve tags and assets, use beta.N+1 for fixes, and require a tested recovery path. State that withdraw.yml handles macOS only.
  • B2: Add DuckDB, Cassandra and ScyllaDB, Linux install sources, server version, and native/Flatpak diagnostic paths to the bug form.
  • K2: Point metainfo help to /linux/install, the Linux tab's first page on TableProApp/docs PR Bug: UI color contrast makes text difficult to read #180 (origin/docs/linux-beta).
  • F1: Cover unavailable and locked keyrings, dismissed prompts, MCP tokens and AI keys.
  • F2: Explain Flatpak Secret portal storage, KCM and runtime configuration, SSH helper limits, agent-held FIDO keys and custom CA files.
  • B1: State which Rust panics write crash reports. Extend the existing coredump guidance with metadata and missing-dump recovery.
  • P1: Ask users to redact logs and crash text, send metadata first and arrange private transfer before sharing a core dump.
  • S1: Mark Redshift, CockroachDB, TiDB, OceanBase and Databend untested on Linux and name the tests needed before adding support.
  • S2: Add a README Known limits entry pointing to the user guide. Keep the existing Redis deployment limits in their current home.
  • I3: Add the maintainer's installed-bundle checklist for GNOME and Plasma, including portal failures and recovery. This adds the checklist, not a claim that the desktop pass ran.
  • F10: Link the older permission decisions to ADR 0041, correct active linter guidance, and require a tested origin migration before moving users to Flathub.
  • B4: Point archive instructions and ADR status links to core ADR 0001 and make-dist.sh. Preserve historical ADR bodies and distinguish package-source checks from meson dist tests.
  • C2 dropped: main already describes several connection sessions in one window in linux/README.md, Status and Stack. ADRs 0028 and 0030 explain active tabs and database sessions. The docs branch also already says Connect adds a session to the window, so the old one-window claim needs no further edit here.

Test plan

  • PASS: CI's exact command, lychee --offline --include-fragments --no-progress 'linux/**/*.md' 'core/**/*.md', using lychee 0.24.2 for macOS. 653 total links, zero errors.
  • PASS: scripts/check-banned-words.sh --staged, the edited active documents and bug form, and this PR body.
  • PASS: git diff --check; bug form YAML parses with unique field IDs; metainfo XML parses and its help URL matches the docs branch.
  • INCONCLUSIVE: .claude/skills/fix-issue/scripts/verify.sh --platform linux data. Meson is not installed, so no data validator ran.
  • SKIPPED: appstreamcli validate; appstreamcli is not installed on this host.
  • The GNOME/Plasma installed-bundle pass and withdrawal/recovery rehearsal remain maintainer release checks. No packages, release tags or live publishing destinations were changed.
