Approve hires and budgets, and answer agent questions, from Slack or Telegram (no public URL needed)

Our Paperclip runs on a home server, so the built-in chat connectors weren't an option. They need a public HTTPS address. Board approvals (hires, budgets, strategy) also don't reach chat at all. Things sat waiting until someone opened the dashboard.

So we built a small bot that posts every item waiting on a person to Slack or Telegram:

• Board approvals and confirmation cards, with Approve / Not now buttons
• Agent questions (ask_user_questions), answered in a Slack form, with the answers sent back to Paperclip
• Each decision is made with the approver's own Paperclip key, so it's recorded as that person
• Outbound only (Socket Mode / long polling), no AI in it, one Python file, MIT

It's tested on 2026.916.1. Paperclip's API changes often, so issues and PRs are welcome if something breaks on a newer release.
